What I collect
When you fill out a form on this site, I collect what you type in: your name, email, phone number, and anything else you choose to share, like a property address or a note. If you book a call, the booking tool collects the details you enter there. Like most websites, this site and the tools on it may also record basic technical information, such as your browser type and the pages you visit.
How I use it
I use your information to answer your questions, send you the guide you asked for, follow up about buying or selling a home, and send my email updates if you signed up for them. I don't sell your information.
Texts
If you check the box agreeing to texts, I may text you about your home search and local real estate updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is never required to work with me. Your mobile number and text consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.
Who helps me run this
I use outside services to run this website and handle my follow-up, including my website host, my customer management system (GoHighLevel), my booking calendar, and Canva for the guide shown on this site. They handle your information only to provide those services to me. I may also share information when the law requires it.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from my emails using the link at the bottom of any email. You can stop texts by replying STOP. To ask what information I have about you, or to have it deleted, email me at kdedenfield@wellhouserealestate.com.
